Don't Arti-"Choke" Dip

By now you are probably choking on all the good food we have presented so far. This is another classic served to you by the Ricatto family. Generation after generation the Ricatto's have been curating this recipe to the point of perfection. We proudly present you the latest version which, trust us, you won't be willing to share with anyone. So be smart when you prepare this one, have enough room in your stomach, so you don't choke at the end like the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl of 2017.

Ingredients - Artichoke Dip /

5 servings

Dip

  • 175g Artichoke Hearts

  • 150g Frozen Spinach

  • 200g Cottage Cheese

  • 100g Greek Yoghurt

  • 50g Parmesan Cheese

  • 75g Mozarella

How to consume:

  • Plain, straight outta Compton, I mean the oven.

  • As a side with all your other snacks or your main dish.

  • On top of some good ole' bread.

1. Let the spinach defrost for about 1 hour before you start to prep the dish. In the meantime, cut the artichoke hearts into smaller chunks.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, greek yoghurt and parmesan cheese. Add the spinach and artichoke and mix everything.

3. In an oven-proof dish (do not put plastic in the oven!), at 190C let the oven work it's magic.

4. After 20 minutes sprinkle the mozzarella on top and leave in for an additional 5 minutes.

Now, wasn't that easy? And look at those macros, especially suitable for everybody who is always struggling to find proteins and fats in their diet. Low on 'em carbies makes this dish a party hit, even for those who don't like to eat their veggies.

All that spinach in there will give provide you with all the Vitamin K that you won't be finding in those quantities in any other vegetable. Strong like Popeye on 3!
