"Brownies" Dropped The Ball

"Hey guys, I'm taking the Browns to the "Super Bowl". - Every fan at your Super Bowl Party

"Brownies" dropped the ball!

In our Super Bowl Menu series, we had to make sure to add a sweet treat for all the sweet toothers out there. Don't be like the Cleveland Browns when it comes down to catching this one, the brownie ball is about to hit your mouth, but you are just too excited and...bam, you drop the ball. The referee blows the whistle and your season is over, banned from watching the Super Bowl, banned to even sit with your friends anymore and most importantly banned from picking up another of those delicious "Brownies" dropped the ball.

Ingredients - Brownie balls /

11 servings

Balls

  • 50g Almond Flour

  • 25g Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 33g Peanut Butter

  • 33g Almonds (for some extra flavor we choose honey/cinnamon covered ones)

  • 28g Maple Syrup Pancake Mix

  • 8g Cacao Powder (70% but go for more if you'd like)

  • 55g Coconut Milk (or any other milk of your choice)

  • 50g Shredded Coconut

  • 1/2 Package of RX Almond Butter (normal Almond Butter will do)

Roll in

  • Shredded Coconut, for all our tropical lovers out there.

  • Cacao Powder if you'd like more of a chocolate taste to it.

  • Hemp seeds, loaded with all that great stuff you always hear about.

1. This one is super easy, we call it "blend and roll". Add all the above ingredients for the ball into a food processor. You will get a very sticky paste.

2. Roll approximately 11 balls out of your batch. If you are the one rolling it, there is a reward waiting at the end of it (yes, you guessed it) you will be able to lick your fingers and trust us, this one is like no other, there will be a lot sticking to your fingers. You are welcome!

3. Roll the balls in your toppings of choice (not included in the nutritional facts). Little side note, all the ingredients, feel free to use "some version of it". Quick reminder, if you still haven't bought the Maple Syrup Pancake Mix, Protein Powder + Baking Powder will do.

Now it's time for some happy rollin' and ballin'. These are especially addictive, so make sure to put them into a safe jar (maybe with a lock on it), so you won't be diggin' too deep after the first round.

Drop the ball on 3!
