"6-Rings" Goat Cheese Dip

"Wanna know which ring is my favorite? The next one..." - Tom Brady

6-Rings Goat Cheese Dip

Here is a tribute to the one and only, Tom Brady. The G.O.A.T. who has set the bar high for all other Quarterbacks to come. 6 Super Bowl Rings a.k.a. 6-layers of our delicious dip. And mind you, the colors have their own meaning. Green for the field, red to represent the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and yellow for the Kansas City Chiefs. Can you taste the excitement in this dip?!!

Ingredients - 6-Rings Goat Cheese Dip /

30 servings (approx. 50g per serving)

Green

  • 350g Peas

  • 100g Goat Cheese

  • 10 Mint Leaves

  • 1 Large Lemon

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil

  • Salt

Red

  • 350g Beetroot

  • 100g Goat Cheese

  • 30g Harrisa

  • 20g Sesame Seeds

  • 2 TBS Olive Oil

  • 1 TS Paprika

  • 1 TS Cumin

  • Salt

Yellow

  • 350g Butternut Squash

  • 100g Goat Cheese

  • 40g Mango

  • 1 Large Orange (juice)

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil

  • 1 TS Curcuma

  • 1 TS Curry

  • Salt

1. Add all the ingredients of the "green layer" into a food processor and blend until smooth. Make sure to use the juice of the lemon (don't throw the whole thing in there). For the peas we used frozen ones, which we cooked in a pot with about 50ml of water for around 10 minutes on medium heat.

2. Pour half of the mix in a transparent bowl, and save the other half for later.

3. Now it is time to give all the ingredients from the "red layer" a spin in the food processor 'yeeeyyyy'. For the beets we have used the cooked/pre-packed version. And once again, half goes on top of the green layer, half you better safe for later.

4. Last but not least, the "yellow layer" is waiting in line to become one in the food processor. Keep in mind, the butternut squash should be soft, before we add it in the mix, we have chosen to steam it for about 10 minutes. For the orange, only add the orange juice. Layer number 3 is completed, add it on top of the "red layer".

5. Time to repeat, green layer, followed by the red layer and finally the yellow layer.

Talk about eye candy! Now grab your favorite chips, crackers, veggies cut up into sticks... or simply use your fingers. But please don't use the finger option if you are sharing the dip with your whole crew, they might not appreciate it. Dip on 3!
